refactor: complete rebranding from chuchu to gptcode

- Remove .bak files with old imports - Update all references from .chuchu to .gptcode in: - coverage.txt - debug_live.lua - ML training scripts - E2E test helpers and scenarios - Documentation assets (*.cast files) - Remove stale __pycache__ files - All tests and linting passing
