Newtonsoft.Json.dll missing as reference

The following error occurs when attempting to build:
The type or namespace name 'Newtonsoft' could not be found (are you missing a using a directive or an assembly reference?)

This issue can be resolved by adding Newtonsoft.Json.dll as a reference.
