No property to map the database table names before reverse engineer.

I was playing around the plugin using the employees sample database shown here
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/employee/en/sakila-structure.html

The table names are already in plural naming conventions. I was wondering if there is a property that I can use to remap the table names inside the application.groovy file, such as 'employees' to 'employee' in this case.
