Move manager's subordinate listing view out of profile (maybe)

The notion of going to your own profile as a manager to find your subordinate user's stuff is kinda weird, and it really should be in its own menu option - and I'm not even sure it belongs in the user account menu. It's not really directly related to your account area (as a manager), so it feels like a weird fit.
