I am creating a Quiz(Question Set) in my course activity but multichoice question option is not showing. i add some images plz help me to solve the issue.

Hard to say with your images - did you fill "personal values" with "Answer 1" in first option? What are the settings in your "behavioural settings" in that special multichoice question? Maybe it is "single choice (radio buttons)"? You can use multichoice question in single choice mode...
