UX research findings are tracked in the project's Google Drive folder. When starting a new research project, use the research wiki template to structure your write-up. Using the shared template keeps research findings in a consistent shape; later contributors can find and reuse them without piecing together each researcher's personal format.
Key questions to answer up front:
- Who's the audience for this research?
- What questions does the project need answered?
- What's the format of the deliverable (interview transcripts, synthesis Miro/Figjam, slide deck)?
- Figma file: current designs, useful when planning research scenarios.
- Whimsical task and user-flow diagrams: current user flows, useful as reference for research planning.
