FAQ format and Homepage / FAQ

Action Items

Format is different on Homepage and FAQ section, homepage style is more dynamic

The FAQ section in the homepage has following things different:

• the extend button on the homepage is at the end of the text however on the FAQs page, it is the start of the text
• the extend button arrow points in different directions on each of these pages
• each FAQ question on the homepage comes with a border. however, the one FAQ page is more like a free text
• the FAQ section heading on the homepage is in small case however on the FAQ page, it is in camelcase

The FAQ page should look more like homepage FAQ section however, the homepage header should be in camelcase

@farnazs could you try re-writing this issue this issue based off of the comment I left on a different issue for you? Please do the following:

• Action Items should be a checklist of tasks for design to do to complete this
• Overview needs to outline the why we want to do this
• For Resources, I would name the link you included rather than just including the link. I don't think this requires any other resources, but I would check with @shraddhasaraf or @jyehllow, and the final design file will need to be linked there before passing off to dev
• Add the issue to the feedback spreadsheet in the appropriate column, and change the status as needed (only 1 status should be present)

I already changed this to a design issue.
