What is the bug you're reporting?

When we click on the 'About us' tab from the 'Home' page, and then the 'Meet the Team' tab, it opens a new tab, and that shows the back button inconsistently

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit the website: https://expungeassist.org/
2. Then click on the 'About us' tab
3. Then go to the 'Home' page
4. And then go to the 'Meet the Team' tab, which opens a new tab, and that shows the back button inconsistently
