Provide a clear and concise description of the requested feature/capability.
The operational Implementation Standards require reducing the usage of "RUN_ENVIR" in HAFS application/workflow scripts. Although it is not very clear that whether or not it is possible to completely eliminate the "RUN_ENVIR" usage (needed for operational monitoring/support to be able to run/reproduce operational results/failures from dev side), work/effort is needed to reduce the usage of "RUN_ENVIR" in HAFS application/workflow scripts.
