Hi,

As described in the files, difficulty uploading large (> 2gb) video files via camera auto upload. For some reason (screen on or screen locked/off ) it stucks, later removed from the upload queue (0 uploading), however "1 photo remains" stays. No way to put the item into uploading queue again. Restarting the app restarts the upload from the beginning only to stuck and fail again. It takes days to complete ~2gb video files, and not possible to complete upload of bigger video files (an 8 gb one is stuck for long hours, being restarted upload multiple times)

Also the uploading list is behavior is confusing, lists already uploaded photos or videos in a quick succession (assuming checking items?), delays some items especially the ones that are bigger aka video files (assuming to prioritize image files so uploading most items earlier, however not sure if it was intentional?).

Thanks

I just tested uploading a ~2GB video file using automatic photo backup on the latest version 2.9.33. The upload speed on my end is good—it takes about 10 minutes to complete.

However, you need to keep the screen on and the app in the foreground because the system might suspend it after 30 seconds in the background. For large files, returning to the app after being in the background for a long time will trigger a re-download.

You can try using the latest version and keep the app in the foreground to see if the issue persists. If you still encounter problems, feel free to let us know at any time.
