Constant repeating words

The word of the day being repeated has happened multiple times before however, this was the first time the bot gave the same word 3 days in a row and then the next new word was given 2 days in a row. The bot has been wonderful at keeping conversation going within my server but this issue is getting a bit extreme.

Attached are screenshots of the word of the day repeating 3 times in a row and then a different word 2 times in a row.
