BAR dataset issues

I was debugging the hapi-server.org/servers ui and testing random dataset and came across this:

Note that there is nothing after the comma. There also seems to be an issue with the binary response because the python plotter shows a javaservlet error response:

This is the same as issue 17.

I do plan on getting started on the new CDAWeb server over the next couple of months.

Note server gives 500 for: https://cdaweb.gsfc.nasa.gov/hapi/data?id=BAR_1A_L2_MSPC&time.min=2013-01-28T13:25:51Z&time.max=2013-01-30T13:30:00Z&parameters=Time,Quality&format=binary
