Closed Reduction Procedure: 

A time-out was completed verifying correct patient, procedure, site, and positioning.

Conscious sedation was achieved. 

Traction with re-creation of the injury pattern was utilized to achieve reduction of the patient's fracture. Subsequently, the patient was placed into a splint. 

The patient was aroused from conscious sedation and at this time it was noted that full sensation and motor strength intact distal to the fracture

Patient was counseled to follow up for continued fracture care in {Time; days:31155}
