I would make a backup, spin up a new instance of LubeLogger(maybe on a different machine) and restore the backup there and see if it can be replicated. The buttons to create the backup on the Settings tab is only available for root users(the first set of credentials you created when you enabled authentication). |

I've figured it out, so log in as your non root user.
Go to settings, check this
Go back to the tabs where the records aren't loading, click on the little arrow dropdown, and you might find that all the columns are hidden:
Click on them to bring them back up again.
