update the readme about the new folder structure and about the branches it should be in a good way and update the contribution md since website-branch is for website development and main branch is for bot development you should clearly mention how you can get started basically helping newbies get started

Hi Harshendram, Just to be clear, you want an update to the whole Readme file correct? or to just a specific part of it? As far as the update, the readme file was last updated when you had finished some feature or got to some point in coding where you decided to write the Readme. Since then, you have worked on the code much further and now I am to update the readme with the new features etc that you have coded. Is that correct?
