lib: priority for the Aspects

Description

I just learned that the execution order for the Aspects is not following the order they were added. Googling showed that this has recently been addressed in the aws-cdk: https://dev.to/aws-heroes/aws-cdk-aspects-specifications-have-changed-3i75

Would it be possible to port the features, at least the priority, also to the cdktf?
