Map the `wchar_t' C type to Foreign.C.CWChar

This would allow re-using the CWString APIs in procedures using wchar_t and wchar_t* as parameters and return values.

C2HS now has the capability to do this: it's possible to associate a C typedef with a Haskell type and to define default marshallers between them. See the test case for this issue in the repo to see how it works.
