STM32G4 ECM stuck in TU_ASSERT

Hello,
I am trying to set up my Nucleo-G474 board with TinyUSB as a network adapter. I have already tried a lot with RNDIS, but have not gotten anywhere. Now I wanted to try ECM because I read that RNDIS is being phased out. Unfortunately, my program always gets stuck in TU_ASSERT. Under Windows, the board is displayed as a different USB device. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is and how I can fix it? I would really appreciate a reply.
