Compare mode for Entries

Description

Currently for YesOrNo or Ratings page the jurors can only view one entry at a time. On a large scale evaluations if there is any recurring entry there is no way that the juror can go back, but that will also take time. By having a compare option the juror can click on it where it opens a grid view of entries which has been evaluated and select the image. After selection they could have a 1:1 comparison on the same evaluation page. Once the comparison is done, the page will look back to its normal Ratings or YesOrNo page.

Current state

Currently the jurors can see one image at a time and if they want to view their previous votes they have to go the edit previous votes and view all the votes in a grid view. But on a large scale round if they want to do a 1:1 comparison between two entries they would either have to remember the entry or open the same entry in a new tab or window which is time taking.

Potential challenges/Missing functionality

If the juror want to compare multiple images at once it is not possible as this feature offers a 1:1 comparison.

How it will be helpful

This feature brings in the ability to compare entries in a much easier manner to improve to entry evaluation experience.

Screenshots

- Under the "Actions" tab there is a new button called `Compare Image` - You can click on the compare image button to select the image to compare - Once the comparison is done, the juror can exit the comparison by clicking on the close button on the top right of the image.

Thank you, @ItsAbhinavM, this is a useful feature. When images of the same monument are submitted, our jury facilitator sorts out ad hoc solutions to help jury members compare them. This new feature would ease our work load.

Also, jury members have requested an easy way of taking a second look at images they have already evaluated. E.g. if you voted "no", but would like to review the image again.

Thank you for your suggestion, @elisabethcarrera. I believe the ability to view disqualified entries is already being discussed in #36 and can be incorporated into this feature once that implementation is complete. The main comparison can be implemented and we will try to add this soon :).
