Link preview is not added a second time #7722

When adding a link back to a message after deleting it, the link preview is not added the second time.

Steps to reproduce:

Paste a URL into a message (don’t send)
Wait for attachment to load
Delete the URL
Paste the same URL into the message again

Expected: Link preview / attachment loads again

Actual: Link preview / attachment does not load the 2nd time
