mike serve does not show real-time changes. #18

Related to the comment discussion in #17 .
In #17, the README was updated to use mkdocs serve. @hello-binit explained that mike serve serves the entire site with all the 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 branches aggregated. However, it does not seem to reflect local changes with this site is served.
Expected behavior is that the entire site is served and local changes are shown in the locally served site.
