Easier pre-configuration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since I have to specify the filter at the extraction pipe, using the Filter Destination Tool to select the target, I'm going back and forth a lot between receiving blocks and the extracting pipe just to add to the upgrade configuration.

Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to "use" (right-click) whilst holding the upgrade and get the same GUI as I get for the extraction pipe. It will allow me to configure target by target and only go back to the extraction pipe when I'm done configuring.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've setup a dummy pipe near some machines to configure the upgrade; it requires an inventory to be allowed to extract and get an upgrade though.
