Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I have a pipe extracting from a source container, and then I need to replace the container with a different container/chest/machine.
Picking up or breaking the existing container removes the extractor and its upgrades.
Then I have to find my wrench, setup the extract, reinsert the upgrade/filter, and hope that it didn't extract anything I didn't want it to extract before I got to put my whitelist back in.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to have the extractor remain where it was and keep its upgrades even when the container is removed.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Perhaps a config to allow that behavior to be toggleable.
