1.20.1 Tessaract and Dank storage compatibility

Bug description

For Tessaract compatibility: The pipez mod cannot send items INTO the Tessaract however it can pull items from it.
For Dank Storage: Unsure if its pipez side or dank storage side issue, but it ignores dank storage locking system and keeps pulling even after disconnecting from dank dock.

Can also be tested in vanilla environment.

Steps to reproduce

Try to set up a system with a Tessaract transfer.
Use pipez to empty a dank from the dank dock, after it registers the dank, remove it from the dock it still thinks that the dock as a dank inside.

Expected behavior

Items being transferred into the Tessaract and out the other side
Only pulling items when the dank is inside the dock.
