I was trying beszel out with my colleagues and they were wondering why no machines were showing up. I had to go to the PB dashboard > collections > systems > pick the system > open user picker > toggle wanted users. If new people join, I would have to add everyone to each system, which makes it cumbersome...
Usually groups/roles can be used for such stuff. Assign a default group/role to a user (like the current user role) and chose which roles/groups can view a device. That should be possible to edit afterwards, if possible.

Agreed, I'd like to add user groups but haven't gotten around to it yet.

And maybe add an option to allow all users to see all systems, which seems to be a common use case.

FWIW there's an example of adding users to systems using the API in the docs, which could be a time saver if you have lots of users and systems: https://beszel.dev/guide/rest-api#adding-users-to-systems
