This repo intends to grab the rules_py name on BCR, which I think will lead to the obvious question of whether users will confuse it with "the other rules_py".
A nice solution would be to agree on goals and milestones and just collaborate work in one repo. So I wonder what your motivations are for making a new python ruleset?
