In v3, Hexabot introduced threads, so one subscriber can have multiple conversation threads.
For now, this thread behavior is relevant to the console channel used by the visual editor admin chat.
Summary
Add a Start New Thread action in the visual editor admin chat so admins can simulate a first-time conversation from inside the editor.
Current Limitation
Today, when an admin opens chat inside the visual editor:
- they are already authenticated,
- they continue in an existing conversation context,
- and they cannot explicitly create/switch to a fresh thread from that UI.
Because of this, initial conversation behavior (welcome messages, first-contact flow, startup automations) is difficult to test reliably in-editor.
Proposed Behavior
Provide an explicit Reset action in the admin chat widget (console channel).
