When trying to log in via “Dicsord”, it gives an error

Reproduction steps

1. Open website: https://codebattle.hexlet.io/
2. Click on "Sign in" button
3. Click on “Sign in with Discord.”
4. In the opened Dicord window allow authorization

Expected result

The user was successfully authorized and redirected to the main page.

Actual result

The DevTools tab gives a '500' and the site gives the error “ SOMETHING_WENT_WRONG, reason: %FunctionClauseError{module: URI, function: :decode_query, arity: 3, kind: nil, args: nil, clauses: nil} ”
