I found the same, plugin no longer works as of Obsidian 1.1.12, perhaps before 1.0? Triggering the hotkeys or using the commands does not navigate forward or back through the cursor history.

It works on obsidian 1.3.5, need to restart obsidian after installing this plugin to make it work.
