[BUG] Feeds not being displayed if Category isn't associated to a Feed

To Reproduce

For better context, I have 3 "Views". 'Inbox', 'Videos' and 'RSS'.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a category, the newest one I created is 'Anime'.
2. If the category doesn't have any feed in it, it will prevent anything at all in 'Inbox' to be displayed. If the category has a feed associated with it, it will only display that feed in 'Inbox'.

Expected behavior
I understand maybe this is so that the user can see something is not clearly set up, but it's not straightforward to understand and it may cause confusion.

Thanks for the context on this – the Inbox definitely doesn't work 100% the way I want it to right now, so I'll keep you updated as I improve that over the next couple of weeks.

The intention behind the Inbox was to have a place for content that wasn't in any other view to show up, but that's imperfect right now (and I'm aware of some other edge cases where that doesn't happen too). Is that what your assumption was as well, or does Inbox imply something else to you (such as, "this is just all new content")?

No, I treated it the same way as with an e-mail client. I thought the inbox was where everything went no matter what (unless you archived it or something) by default. Maybe your intention would have been clearer if it wouldn't break under the circumstances I mentioned in the issue, which makes it more confusing. I think it's just a small misstep and I really hope you keep working on the application because I love it. I swear I'd donate if I could. Thanks for your hard work and excuse for the late reply.

I'm having a similar issue but slightly different. If I load the page fresh on any device, there's quite often videos not displayed on the generic 'This Month' 'Unread' view. In this image, there's two videos showing, but if I look at my Feeds I can see there's at least two more videos that should be there.

If I switch to one of the channel feed views and then switch back to all, the videos appear.

I'm having a similar issue but slightly different. If I load the page fresh on any device, there's quite often videos not displayed on the generic 'This Month' 'Unread' view. In this image, there's two videos showing, but if I look at my Feeds I can see there's at least two more videos that should be there.

I think this may be another issue related to fetching, because lately I've been having some issues with this too and I don't think it has anything to do with Categories or Feeds. If I refresh a few times it shows everything. Maybe I'm wrong, though.
