cli_progress using ~100% CPU Usage on Ubuntu server #4770

Bug/Feature:

Description: cli_progress has been using ~100% CPU in the recent updates consistently and obviously the weird behavior is visible when using "top" command.
Another user has also already reported this here: hiddify/cli_progress#6

Details:

Hiddify Version: 10.80.11
Python Version: 3.10.12 (main, Jan 17 2025, 14:35:34) [GCC 11.4.0]
OS: Linux-5.15.0-1045-oracle-aarch64-with-glibc2.35
User Agent: Unknown

Did you try it on another server from a different data center?
If yes, please provide screenshots from both servers, and keep in mind
that the specifications of each server should be recognizable.

If your vps has only 1 GB of ram, use "swap" to use hdd as ram.
