Add K6 Tests for serverStatusDetails

As a BlockNode Developer I would like to load test the serverStatusDetails BlockNod gRPC call so that I can tell that it works efficiently under load.

Technical Notes

The serverStatus call no longer returns BlockNode versions information. The information has been moved to the newly created serverStatusDetails call. We should run similar k6 testing for serverStatusDetails.
