Changelog Entries - docs/etc

Our changelog entries currently usually have: added/changed/fixed/breaking change

But we have a lot of example or documentation or test changes, which may be less important to end-users than src changes. It's causing a lot of bloating and may take attention away from the most important changes, though is beneficial in the sense we do document absolutely everything.

Is there a better way to structure the change log?

e.g.
Docs
Examples
Tests
Functionality

• Changed
• Fixed
• Added
• Breaking Chanegs
  ?
  more headings?
  or less stuff we document in the changelog?

I think there was a Removed section, and maybe we could add it back, along with the Docs.
