Speed limiting and blocking not working

The redirection works perfectly and shows the correct bandwidths of the users. However, when I try to limit the speed for a specific device (E.g., my phone), no effect at all happens to my phone, although the app UI shows the speed readings now as intended with the limitation. This also applies to the blocking functionality.

Many factors come into play here; some routers have optional protection against ARP spoofing, and some devices can be protected against it. So it depends on your network configuration.

But I tried other software like "selfishnet" and they work perfectly on this matter apart from that there is other problems and instablities, the functionality of limiting the speed always works fine, after some tests on "NetStalker" I noticed that it works sometimes and sometimes not, and all the times either it actually limits or not it shows the readings as if it's limited.

Besides that issue, I actually like and appreciate the efforts and work. One thing as a feedback the speed readings are updated very rapidly every second which makes it kinda unreadable, if it can be updated like averagely every second i think it could be better.
