Sideload Version?

I’ve been using A-Shell and one of the biggest limitations I have seen is lack of GNU software such as GNU make.

I read about the licensing limitations, and I was wondering if we can overcome that if we have a sideload version, like UTM has now.

I hope this thread can be used for any discussions regarding this topic.

It's a good question. I'd have to think about it in terms of feasibility, how to manage three different versions, etc. But it sounds feasible.
Unless things have changed recently, you have to reinstall sideloaded versions every 7 days.
