# PyMe End User License Agreement (EULA)

## IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you and PyMe Team ("Licensor") concerning your use of the PyMe software application ("Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Software.

## 1. GRANT OF LICENSE

### 1.1 Free Use
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

- ✅ Download and install the Software on your personal computer
- ✅ Use the Software for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
- ✅ Create software applications using the Software
- ✅ Distribute the software applications you create with the Software

### 1.2 Binary Distribution
This repository contains the compiled binary distribution of PyMe. The source code is not provided and remains the exclusive property of Licensor.

## 2. RESTRICTIONS

You agree NOT to:

- ❌ Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise translate the Software
- ❌ Modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, or create derivative works based on the Software
- ❌ Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
- ❌ Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any international or local regulations
- ❌ Sublicense, sell, assign, or transfer your rights under this Agreement

## 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

### 3.1 Ownership
The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Licensor and title thereto remains exclusively with Licensor. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

### 3.2 Trademarks
"PyMe" and the PyMe logo are trademarks of Licensor. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission from Licensor.

## 4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

**THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.**

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

## 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF TEN DOLLARS ($10.00 USD).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

## 6. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

## 7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The Software may include third-party open-source components. The use of these components is governed by their respective licenses, which are provided in the software documentation or accompanying files.
