HPC Community Starter pack for Bluesky

Propose that the official hpc.social account on bluesky (https://bsky.app/profile/hpc.social) have a starter pack to situate/help new users find other members of the HPC community.

The starter pack would automatically have all public HPC centers, software/library accounts, and HPC journos/publishers within, and any single person would be able to submit their own account to be included as an opt into the starter pack

@tgamblin already made one, so I suggest we support / promote his instead of duplicating work (and having to maintain two).

I believe the request is to provide a user-driven, community-based starter pack that is not maintained by any one single individual, but open to (reviewed) requests to join. We could, however, invite Mike Croucher, Todd Gamblin, and/or Fernanda Foerterr to help curate the list, or others, as an alternative to their personal lists.
