Add app tutorial

This tour navigates through all pages of the app with the user and explains non-trivial, core-functional, ... UI elements.

Initial version (for study)

See script

• Implement empty tutorial container that can also be used by drug selection info
  • Use BottomSheet styled as the filter menu (light background, rounded top corners)
  • Gets list of content items and action what to do after last content item (e.g., set metadata)
  • Content items consist of an optional title, Text.rich (test OS text scaling), and optional asset
  • Renders button that goes to next item or closes container after last action
  • Maybe include progress indicators; get inspired by onboarding
• Add component before initial drug selection using tutorial container (on drug selection page)
• Add open tutorial when main page opened the first time (use metadata, set afterwards)
• Include options in settings to re-run tutorial ("back to app" wording as for onboarding on last page)
• Update tutorial GIFs after implementing Show "Medications" as first tab #704
• Implement remaining script in tutorial compontent

Future version

• Maybe use videos instead of (flashing) GIFs
• Adapt onboarding to rather be tour of app; if needed, adapt onboarding images (remove gender implicating colors; adapt skin color of persons)
• Make tour for details screen
• Make tour for search page
• Make tour for reports page
• Make tour for more page (maybe important subpages)
• Add help button to top right of appbar - if it is pressed, the tour for the current page is started again
• Make tour for active medications
• Add basic information about PGx and DNA ➡ sufficient if in FAQ (make sure it is there)
• Possibly delete user instructions document
