Instructions for using your code with the MW-WHS dataset

Hello,

Your paper mentions that this algorithm can also be used for whole heart segmentation with the MW-WHS dataset. The README only mentions on how to train the network with the ACDC dataset. Could you please provide instructions on how to use your code with the MW-WHS dataset. As a reference, I took this dataset from the official website and it has 4 folders in it: ct_train, ct_test, mr_train, and mr_test.

Your help would be immensely appreciated!!
