Does not load after hot code reload

Hey thanks for creating this package, I just noticed a bug where it fails to load again after hot code reload

Meanwhile, if you have more detail or end up fixing it on your side, please let me know. I'll be more than happy to integrate contributions. This is an awesome package! I'm experiencing the same bug on my end. Has anyone made progress on it? If not, I can take a closer look sometime.
