Same problem here! |
@Antoine101 Hello, any updates? |
Unfortunately not! I contacted someone from Hugging Face on the Discord but I haven't heard back from him and it's been more than a week now. I'll try to reach someone else tomorrow. I'll keep you posted. |
Hey, same situation here. I receive an error message when trying to generate a certificate. I tried to contact huggingface team via e-mail - both on [email protected] and [email protected] but no answer is received. It would be great if we find a way to alert them about the issue and get the certificate. Moreover, I can't load any conversations in the #audio-discuss channel in Discord (where I hoped to discuss the case). So, any progress with your efforts? |
Hi @itmanov, I reported this issue here with this thread as well as on Discord where I contacted both the guy in charge of open source and another HF member who is a community builder., and posted in the "ask-for-help" channel. Since then absolutely no news. Ok there were holidays but still. I tried sending an email to Maria Khalusova, an HF employee, who seems to own the audio course certification space. But I got an automatic reply saying that the email couldn't be received. And after checking on Linkedin now it seems she quit HF about a year ago (that explains why). Anyway, all that to say I am running out of ideas. Maybe we should try to look for the new person in charge of this particular course? |
Hi @Antoine101, However, I couldn't. I hope we'll find a solution in the end. |
Hey @Antoine101, |
Hi @itmanov, |
Hi there, a huge thank you to the authors for creating this excellent course. I’ve really enjoyed it.
I did run into an issue while trying to redeem my certificate, and I received the following error message (please see the attached screenshot as well):
Would it be possible to help resolve this? Alternatively, if there's another way to claim the course certificate?
Thanks in advance for your help.
