Hi there, a huge thank you to the authors for creating this excellent course. I’ve really enjoyed it.
I did run into an issue while trying to redeem my certificate, and I received the following error message (please see the attached screenshot as well):

runtime error
Scheduling failure: not enough hardware capacity

Would it be possible to help resolve this? Alternatively, if there's another way to claim the course certificate?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Same problem here!
I will try to reach some HF employees directly on the Discord.
I have spent quite a few hours on this training so it's very disappoiting not to be able to get certified in the end.

@Antoine101 Hello, any updates?

Unfortunately not! I contacted someone from Hugging Face on the Discord but I haven't heard back from him and it's been more than a week now.

I'll try to reach someone else tomorrow. I'll keep you posted.

Hey, same situation here. I receive an error message when trying to generate a certificate. I tried to contact huggingface team via e-mail - both on [email protected] and [email protected] but no answer is received. It would be great if we find a way to alert them about the issue and get the certificate. Moreover, I can't load any conversations in the #audio-discuss channel in Discord (where I hoped to discuss the case). So, any progress with your efforts?

Hi @itmanov,

I reported this issue here with this thread as well as on Discord where I contacted both the guy in charge of open source and another HF member who is a community builder., and posted in the "ask-for-help" channel.
The first one never replied. The second one replied to my post saying he had forwared my request.

Since then absolutely no news. Ok there were holidays but still.
I got an automatic email a couple days ago from Hugging Face encouraging me to certify as I have completed the course. I thought this was a sign that things were fixed, but nope.

I tried sending an email to Maria Khalusova, an HF employee, who seems to own the audio course certification space. But I got an automatic reply saying that the email couldn't be received. And after checking on Linkedin now it seems she quit HF about a year ago (that explains why).

Anyway, all that to say I am running out of ideas.

Maybe we should try to look for the new person in charge of this particular course?

Hi @Antoine101,
Yes, I saw she's no longer working at Hugging Face. I tried to reach out to her on LinkedIn but she didn't accept my invitation for connection, which means I can't write her any messages. There are other members listed for contacts on Twitter (idk why there) but I don't use Twitter. Maybe, that's an option we could try? However, it's strange they left the course this way. It shouldn't be too difficult to restore the certification from their end.
p.s. someone said he managed to receive the certificate following the steps outlined in this post: https://huggingface.co/spaces/MariaK/Audio-Course-Certification/discussions/9

However, I couldn't. I hope we'll find a solution in the end.

Hey @Antoine101,
Just wanted to update you: I've reached Vaibhav in X (he's the only one you can write to without being a premium user). After explaining to him in detail about the issue, I received a short answer stating "working on fixing this". So, I hope they're working on fixing it...
Any updates on your side?

Hi @itmanov,
Thanks for the heads up!
Ok so it seems they're having a look at it.
No updates on my side unfortunately.
Let's see if they make any progress in the next month.
