Any way to update or specify the base image used to run models?

Right now it looks like it's based nvidia/cuda:12.1.1-cudnn8-runtime-ubuntu22.04.

For example, new onnx gpu runtimes are only pip installable with CUDA 12 and cuddnn 9.
