Feature request: support custom proxy

Current Limitation

In current implement, we can specify the env, or system proxy to make reqwest client to connect via proxy. In a gui application, it's hard to enforce user to set per application env.

Feature Description

Add a proxy option to make caller to configure HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS5 proxy possible

Hi @greenhat616, can you provide more details regarding the usage? We don't offer any GUI application, are you using hf-xet the Rust crate, the hf-xet Python library, or the git-xet binary executable?

@seanses Hi, sorry for the delayed reply.
I'm using hf-hub, which is a Rust crate that depends on xet-client to fetch large blobs.
hf-hub provides an option to customize the reqwest client, but it's difficult for xet-client to expose the same. As a more practical improvement, it would be better to provide a proxy option that allows specifying the reqwest proxy configuration.
