Replace even-better-toml dependency with tombi

even-better-toml is not being maintained anymore. See tamasfe/taplo#715. https://github.com/tombi-toml/tombi is being actively developed and could possibly be used as replacement.

Thank you for the suggestion! I am actually looking forward to switching to tombi. (I also discovered it by reading this thread)

I have tried a few times to use it locally, and so far, it is still missing some of the features that even-better-toml supports (for example, last time I tried, it could not automatically provide autocompletion for settings). I can retry next week and see how it goes.

One (better?) option could be that I remove the dependency on even-better-toml and suggest to install tombi or even-better-toml if none are installed? It is less seamless for the first time install but gives more flexibility.

Yea that makes a lot of sense. If tombi is still missing some features, this new suggest message for installing either even-better-toml or tombi could list the missing features and also mention even-better-toml is no longer maintained, so if someone doesn't need the missing features they can prefer tombi install.

I have now removed the even-better-toml dependency from the package.json. The user is now free to use either tombi or even-better-toml
