Could you add the support of terraform for the automatic extension configuration ?

I tried but they have a weird limitation unfortunately 🤔 I am not sure I should change the user settings.

Mise: Failed to configure the extension hashicorp.terraform for terraform: CodeExpectedError: Unable to write terraform.languageServer.terraform.path to Workspace Settings. This setting can be written only into User settings.
