I miss one thing in the documentation and cannot seem to find a solution for it myself. (Maybe others have done it and would share their experience?)
Problem: Dark mode cannot be disabled for the PRO version
Hydejack site: Nope, I am not going to change dynamically between dark/ light mode based on local time.
Me: Gnarf. Whatevs. I'll disable dark mode then. Or make light mode the default. In any case: During the day, users should see the light mode version of the site.
Documentation: I won't tell you how!
Me: Okay, try and error then.
Hydejack site: Nope, I'll rather break than being light mode.
Update: While I haven't found out how to disable dark mode completely, I did find out what caused the dynamic setting not to function. It was my system settings. If my operating system is set to dark mode this overrides Hydejack's dynamic dark mode settings.
Would be helpful to have that in the documentation. --> See #207
To me it seems that dark mode cannot be completely disabled in the PRO version, that is why I'll close this issue.
HI @qwtel
thanks for the great Jekyll template!
