[feat] Add ‘EU Summon unlock’ and ‘Continue-on-green-with-car’ Feature

What feature

I hope you add some feature,

Continue on green with car function also works fine on HW4

but EU Summon Unlock function must disabled while using AP (Cause when EU Summon Unlock on, AP not work)

Why

It might helpful for some user in non America tesla user.

Thanks @ssw0209-sys — and thanks for linking the exact plugin rules, that makes this easy to scope.

Both are read-modify-write frame rules we can port as toggles:

• Continue-on-green-with-car (0x3FD) — low-risk, and you note it works on HW4 too. Reasonable to add.
• EU Summon unlock (0x3FD + 0x22B) — also doable, with the constraint you flagged: it must be off while AP is active (it conflicts with AP). I'd gate it so it can't be on together with the AP features.

One caveat on both: they touch 0x3FD, so on 2026.14.x they'll hit the same preflight check that's currently breaking FSD-enable on HW4 (see #100) — i.e. they'll likely work on pre-14.x but fight the preflight on 14.x. Worth knowing before they go in.

Which HW + firmware are you on? That tells me whether to prioritize the HW4 path. I'll track these for a v2.16/v2.17 build.

@ssw0209-sys — thanks, HW4 on 2026.14.3 noted. Two parts to this one:

• EU Summon (Actually Smart Summon / dumb summon) and Continue-on-green are FSD/AP features gated by Tesla's own feature flags + region, not separate CAN commands we can simply send. Where the mod helps is unlocking FSD-capability so the feature appears; whether it then runs is up to the car's region/feature gating.
• On 2026.14.x specifically we're still blocked by the preflight documented on [bug] Nag killer not working on HW4 2026.14.6.x — need 0x370/0x39B captures #100 — the car drops AP when it sees our injected AP-path frames. So even FSD-capability unlock is the open problem on 14.x right now. Once that path moves I'll come back to whether Summon / continue-on-green can be triggered.

Keeping this open as a feature tracker; I'll update it as the 14.x work progresses.
