Issues when typing in Korean in a Windows environment

Q1.
In the window environment,

when i enter Korean in [view] mode, there is an issue that the first letter comes out in English.

Is there a way to solve this issue? (No problem when typing in [edit] mode)

Q2.
Can I just click once when I press a cell and make it into [edit] mode instead of [view] mode?
