Is this package use MS C++?
When I install it, it return an error:

note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.
error: metadata-generation-failed

On my Fedora41, Python won't have distutils.msvccompiler.
I think MSVC for Windows System, so it can't install on Fedora.
