Description

The viewer is not working - the URL at the download button is "#".

I tried changing to JavaScriptVoid(0).

The console had an error about tooltip / tether error.
I added a line in config for tether, and put it in listr-fuctions.php and the error was resolved.
But still no viewer.

The JS apparently either isn't parsing the URL being passed to it, or not passing it back.
